GMDC makes a variety of training at-a-distance training services available to its members:
- "How To Do Business With ..." training for suppliers to provide an overview of the various trading partner processes within Retailer and Wholesaler member organizations.
- Store level category and product level training that assist personnel in not only understanding the business, but how to engage customers at the retail store to increase Health Beauty Wellness and General Merchandise sales.
