The COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly disrupted life and business in 2020. GMDC | Retail Tomorrow rose to the challenge and created an online meeting platform for its members to maintain business continuity for the retail industry.


The inagural Selfcare Summit was a hit! Introducing the industry to consumer-centric Learning Tracks, diversity conversations, inspirational innovation, Champions of Change, and – most importantly – the retailization of healthcare.


Taking place in our home state of Colorado, GM19 brought together over 100 retailer and 400 supplier attendees to meet face-to-face and discuss future business opportunities, learn insights about navigating the current GM marketplace, and discover new and trending products.


We uncovered insights to defend and grow HBW categories both in-store and online. “The small fish are winning in HBW categories. They are nimble, agile, and able to identify consumer trends quickly, then execute against them.”


Winning in GM. The 2018 GM Conference saw the launch of a new Benchmarking Industry Report in partnership with AT Kearney, as well as discussions on Center Store and Front-End Innovations.


HBW17 focused on the “Uberization of Healthcare” and how the consumer is driving the forces of change and opportunity at retail.


GM17 addressed how conventional retailers face a life-changing choice today: Rethink store environments and online strategies to satisfy how people really want to shop, or fade into irrelevancy.


New and innovative products were the focus of HBW16. Featuring pre-selected companies that introduced first-mover products, services, and technologies to our members.


An Innovation In Education. HBW16 provided new ways to advance GMDC’s research programs and next practices to drive value to sponsors, association members and the industry as a whole.
