Reinventing Retail: Average is Over!

What once inspired retailers to alter their store layouts in the past is no longer working today. Many retailers that I know lament, “If we could start all over again, we would, but we can’t, and we are faced with space issues, migration of products, and shrinking sales.”

It’s clear that it’s time for retail to reach/look far outside its industry in order to reimagine what’s “next” in order to stay relevant and keep customers coming back. And its about more than just retailing – the infrastructure today of the buy/sell interaction is architecturally challenged to reflect the mindset of a contemporary consumer.
